Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data draugur.ai (“draugur.ai”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our websites, APIs and other services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Information you give us. For example, your email address and the contents of your message when you contact us, or your email address and the basic account details your sign-in provider shares with us when you sign in.
- API requests and their content. When you use our APIs, including the model API at models.draugur.ai, we receive the requests you send — including the prompts and other content you send to models — and the responses we return. These may be recorded in logs and traces on infrastructure we operate.
- Technical data. Such as your IP address, browser user agent, the pages and endpoints you request, timestamps, and other request logs that our servers generate automatically.
- Cookies. When you sign in, we set a session cookie so that you stay signed in across our sites.
- Analytics. We may use self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics to understand in aggregate how our websites are used.
2. How we use it
We use personal data to:
- provide and operate the services, including authenticating you and your API keys;
- keep the services secure and prevent abuse;
- monitor, debug and fix problems;
- understand how the services are used and improve them;
- respond to you when you contact us.
3. Where model requests are processed
Requests to the model API at models.draugur.ai are processed by models running on infrastructure we operate. They are not sent to third-party AI providers.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only:
- with service providers, to the extent needed to provide the services — for example, the provider you use to sign in, which handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy;
- when required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, the public or the services.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to give you access to, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing draugurai@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under applicable law; you can exercise those the same way. You can also stop using the services at any time.
8. Children
The services are not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age applies, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so that we can delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
10. Contact
Questions or requests about this policy or your personal data can be sent to draugurai@gmail.com.
